Delivery & Orders: Everything You Need to Know!
Are you wondering when your order will arrive or how to track it? Perhaps you've received a damaged item and you're not sure what to do. Don't worry, we've got you covered. Here, I answer some of the most common questions about delivery and orders, so you can get your products as quickly and easily as possible.
When will I get my order?
At HiPosterShop, I aim to fulfill orders within 3-7 days, after which they will be shipped out. Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Here is an estimated delivery time for different regions:
- USA: 3-4 business days
- Europe: 6-8 business days
- Australia: 2-14 business days
- Japan: 4-8 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
Please note that these are only estimated delivery times and can vary depending on the shipping carrier and customs clearance.
Where will my order ship from?
I work with an on-demand order fulfillment company that has facilities worldwide, so your order will be shipped from the facility that can deliver it most efficiently.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
Customs fees and taxes can be applied to international orders. Unfortunately, I have no control over these additional charges as they are assessed by your local customs office. I recommend checking with your local customs office to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before contacting me, please try the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Check with your local post office to see if they have your package
- Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If you have tried all of these options and still haven't received your order, please email me at HiPosterShop@gmail.com with your order number. If you have found a mistake in your delivery address, I can send you a replacement order, but please note that shipping costs will be at your own expense.
How are your products made?
I work with a print-on-demand drop shipper that has locations worldwide. Your order will be printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email when your order is shipped out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please don't hesitate to email us at HiPosterShop@gmail.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
I apologize if you received a damaged item. To resolve this issue quickly, please email me at HiPosterShop@gmail.com within a week with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. I will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
