I don't offer returns and exchanges, but if there's something wrong with your order, please let me know by contacting hipostershop@gmail.com
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact me at hipostershop@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and I'll sort that out for you.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
At this time, I don't offer exchanges. If you're unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts - I have one for every item listed on my store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that's the case, please let us know at hipostershop@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and I'll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
For customers in the European Union: You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, with tags and original packaging. You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Process
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process the refund.
