Refunds are only provided to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items.

If this applies to you, please contact me at HiPosterShop@gmail.com with photos of the wrong/damaged items, and I will address the issue promptly.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

Unfortunately, I do not offer exchanges at this time. To determine the best fit, please refer to our sizing charts available in the product description section for each item.

In rare cases, an item you ordered may be mislabeled. If this occurs, please contact me at HiPosterShop@gmail.com within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and I will send you a replacement or issue a refund.
