Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact me at [HiPosterShop@gmail.com] within one week of receiving your order. Include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

I will promptly assess the situation and offer either a replacement or a refund for the affected item.

Mislabeled Items

In the rare event that you receive a mislabeled item, please contact me at [HiPosterShop@gmail.com] within one week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and I will send you a replacement or issue a refund.

Exchanges

I currently do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. To ensure you select the best fit, please refer to the sizing charts provided in the product description section for each item before placing your order.

Additional Information

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 7 - 10 business days for the refund to process after approval.
